LOST, STOLEN AND RECOVERED WEB PASSPORTS
When you receive your WEB PASSPORT it is always a good idea to note down the passport details somewhere safe just in case it is lost or stolen.
WHAT TO DO IF YOUR WEB PASSPORT IS LOST OR STOLEN?
If your WEB PASSPORT is lost or stolen it is important that you tell us as soon as possible so that we can cancel it and help prevent future misuse of the document and/or your identity. To do this, you need to complete a lost/stolen report form.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you are applying for a WEB PASSPORT to replace one that has been lost, stolen or damaged, please bear in mind that these applications take longer to deal with than straightforward first-time applications.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU RECOVER A WEB PASSPORT
If you find a WEB PASSPORT that does not belong to you and cannot return it directly to the rightful holder, please send it to us as soon as possible.
If you find a WEB PASSPORT belonging to you that you have previously reported to us as lost or stolen then, as above, please send it to us as soon as possible. Please note that you will no longer be able to legally use a WEB PASSPORT once it has been formally reported as lost or stolen and subsequently cancelled by us.
